The Opportunity
We are looking to attract successful IT or Technology Senior Consultants for home-based roles.

Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years working agency-side in a 360⁰ role – permanent or contract (or dual-desk)
- Consistent, recent and proven billings of £10-15K per month in a niche IT / Technology market (any of UK/USA/Europe/APAC).
- Strong market knowledge and experienced in market planning and penetration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for day-to-day client and candidate engagement
- A strong focus on customer service at all times – partnering with clients for long-term success and building candidate pipelines for future roles and projects
- Candidates will require a little initial training on our systems and we will then invest in your ongoing development and skills training once established; be highly organised and self-disciplined
Role and Responsibilities:
With no restrictions on your specific sector, industry or role-type, we will encourage you to work whatever interests you the most, supporting you with the required licenses, job boards and databases to build your market and make your business a commercial success.
You will be fully supported by our back-office team for day-to-day services (Advertising, CV formatting, RFIs, T&Cs, etc.) and the two senior Directors on a daily/weekly basis.
