The Opportunity
We are looking to attract a Delivery Consultant to join an established and very successful IT and Technology Recruitment Company based in Sale, South Manchester.
You will be given all of the essential training and exposure required in your first 3 months to be successful and we would expect candidates to develop quickly under our mentorship.
The role will be mainly home-based initially, with training days and team meet-ups organised as and when required between the various teams.

Skills and Experience:
- 6 -24 months recruitment delivery experience, preferably in IT and/or technology focused recruitment
- Proficient using internet job boards, CRMs and ideally familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly organised, with excellent communication and organisational skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate (MS Office – strong MS Word skills)
Role and Responsibilities:
You will tasked with speaking/responding to candidates applying to job adverts, researching the job market for suitable candidates (CRM/Job Boards, etc.) and in delivering those candidates to your Account Manager.
Arranging interviews, gathering interview feedback and helping to place suitable candidates with some of the great clients that we have chosen to work with will see you kept busy and well-rewarded.
You will manage your own workload whilst being overseen by a sector experienced manager that will help you settle in quickly. This is a targeted environment that places performance and client satisfaction at the top of the list, driven by our values, remaining focused on our relationships (candidates and clients) at all times.
