The Opportunity
We are looking to attract experienced and mature Consultants for home-based roles working into one of our UK offices (either London or Manchester).
This is a great opportunity for those looking for a complete lifestyle change by joining a leading IT and Technology recruiter of 19 years standing.
On offer is a competitive salary, a generous monthly commission scheme, along with quarterly and annual financial incentives and all the tools, back-office support and technology you require to be a success.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years working agency-side in a 360⁰ role – permanent or contract (or dual-desk)
- Consistent performer with billings of c£10-15K per month
- Strong stakeholder management skills for client/candidate engagement
- A strong focus on customer service at all times – partnering with clients for long-term success
- Digital native – must be comfortable leveraging social media for both client and candidate generation.
